Hello from Lysander, New York to all you F6B riders.

I am new to this forum. and soon(tomoorow) will be a new owner of a Goldwing F6B. I've been a Valkyrie rider for about thirteen years now and felt it was time to move on to another bike. After looking at the differnt bikes, I decided on a bagger.

The choices were Eluder, Vaquero, a Harley(uh,no thanks), Indian(hmm, They're real nice) and the F6b. After some research and wallet checking, got to be able to afford it of course, I chose a 2013 F6B. (well, I favored it anyway being a Valkyrie rider).
Wasn't too impressed with the specs on the Eluder or Vaquero. Both are great looking bikes though. The Indian was a very close second, but a little higher than I wanted to pay, even used. Then there were several new leftover F6b's out on the market, but dealing with most MC dealer add on to those "low"prices on leftovers really weren't that different than buying a brand new Vaquero.

Then I saw the F6B listed at a shop in Rochester NY. Okay, used- 10k on the odometer, Priced at $11,999. hmmm. Sent a price request and the dealer came back with $10,000 plus tax. Okay. not a bad deal, but! I always think, the answer is NO unless you ASK! So I took the 90 minute drive to see the bike. Sat down with Bill( the shop owner) and we settled on $9,000 plus tax! And now as of tomorrow I will be the proud owner of a 2013 F6B deluxe!

Well, that's my story and I'm sticking to it.
Hope to see you on the road, Raul
