I had a great deal of difficulty pairing my Sena Freewire to my Sena SMH10, but finally resolved the problem. While my SMH10 showed that it was trying to pair, the Freewire was doing nothing to complete the process. I finally called Sena and talked with a technician and found that I had to unplug the power source from my Freewire before pressing the button to pair it. Once I did that it paired easily. I paired my second SMH 10 (on another helmet) without unplugging the Freewire from the power source, so I'm not sure what the difference is, but just in case anyone else is having the same kind of problem that I was having I thought I'd pass the information along.
